The Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban are getting a mid-cycle facelift for the 2025 model year.
Although it’s hard to tell, the front-end design is apparently new. So are the tail lights. But the big item is the heavily revised interior that now approaches the Cadillac Escalade. It is a very impressive interior that makes an Escalade purchase seem pretty redundant. Especially since next year, the Cadillac will adopt a new interior similar to the new Cadillac Escalade IQ, which means a giant and ridiculous screen across the whole dashboard. Replacing the current excellent design.
Over the years, I’ve driven a few generations of Tahoes and Suburbans, and the current ones are of course the best, although not by that much. These huge SUVS still drive pretty much like they used to 10 or 15 years ago. And they are popular too. With about 150,000 combined sales almost every year. And that’s not even counting their GMC Yukon twins or the Escalade.
