2025 Fiat Grande Panda.
Last Updated:
These are new images of the Fiat Grande Panda EV, introduced a few weeks ago.
Technically, this new model is not a replacement for the current Fiat Panda, since the current, smaller car will stay in production until 2027. But there will probably be no direct replacement for that old Panda.
I think this is a great design, and these new interior photos show how fun and innovative the interior of a cheap car can be.
The new Grande Panda EV has a small 44kWh battery good for 200 miles in the European test Cycle. Which would probably translate into about 160 miles EPA. Which isn’t bad for what will mostly be used around town. An ICE Hybrid version will also be available.
7 colors will be available but there will be no grey. As Fiat apparently officially started something they call “No Grey Initiative”.
The design is obviously inspired by the original Fiat Panda from 1980, inside and out. However, the new Grande Panda, even as simple as it is, seems light years ahead in features from the original model. And yet, retains the cool and simple feel of the original Giugiaro design.
Even though Fiat called the Grande Panda a “Global mainstream model”, it will not be coming to the US and Canada…
Instead, our cheap EV from Stellantis will be the next-generation Jeep Renegade.
This would sell here.
