This short video is trying to imagine what some older models could look like now. In a retro world.
There have been a few retro-designed cafes over the years, like the VW New Beetle, the Mini Cooper, and the 2006 Ford Thunderbird. And more.
What if VW brought back the Beetle, as they should? VW without a beetle in the lineup doesn’t really make much sense to me. Especially when they’ve been designing some of the most boring cars in the business. The 2006 retro Thunderbird wasn’t the most popular car but it was also pretty overpriced. I think it deserves another chance.
So does a large Cadillac coupe called Eldorado. And why not a new retro Chrysler Coupe or a giant Imperial sedan? Something totally out of step in our SUV-crazy world.
