2027 Hyundai Tucson.

These illustrations show what the next-generation Hyundai Tucson might look like.
A car that is so far very hard to guess, since Hyundai, unlike Kia, seems to have very different designs for each of their new models. The new 2026 Palisade not only looks 100% different from the previous one, but it also doesn’t look like a big Santa Fe.
So far, the only hint we have is with the new Hyundai Nexo. Which Hyundai claims is showing the brand’s future design language. The illustration on top seems to show what a 2026 Nexo-inspired Tucson could look like.
While the other image shows something more expected, as well as more generic. Since it looks like it could be anything from anyone these days.
Currently, the Hyundai Tucson is more and more popular every year. (Except for a small dip of 3500 units last year). With 206,000 units sold in 2024 and already over 113,000 this year so far. Needless to say, this is a very important model for the brand in North America.
The current generation started production in 2020. And received a “facelift” in December 2023 for the 2025 model year. That all points to a new generation next year for the 2027 model year.
Wow. That red one looks like someone stole Honda’s 0-Series SUV headlights. If that project is dead at Honda, maybe they should make a hybrid Element from the CRV with that front face.
