Next-generation Hyundai Tucson.

I hate to say it, but these illustrations of the next-generation Hyundai Tucson are pretty, pretty horrible. They just don’t match the recent spy shots we have seen of the 2027 Tucson. And they especially look a lot like a Kia vehicle, not a Hyundai at all. This seems a lot like a Kia EV5 clone.
I understand next-generation Hyundai designs are very hard to guess, since Hyundai, unlike Kia, seems to have very different designs for each of their new models. The new 2026 Palisade not only looks 100% different from the previous one, but it also doesn’t look like a big Santa Fe.
So far, the only hint we have is with the new Hyundai Nexo. Which they claims is showing the brand’s future design language.
Currently, the Hyundai Tucson is getting more and more popular every year. (Except for a small dip of 3500 units last year). With 206,000 units sold in 2024 and already over 113,000 this year so far. Needless to say, this is a very important model for the brand in North America.
The current generation started production in 2020. And received a “facelift” in December 2023 for the 2025 model year. That all points to a new generation next year for the 2027 model year.
