Mercedes GLE getting a new face for the new year.

And not only a new face, but more Mercedes stars. Everywhere! Since you know it’s so hard to tell it’s a Mercedes and your less fortunate friends and family members need to know you spend some serious dough on your next car…

The revised model pictured in the images above is the Chinese market long wheelbase version of the GLE. This version will be produced in China next year, exclusively for the Chinese market. But the revisions to the design are rumored to be introduced in other markets as well.

It seems the new, larger Mercedes grille will soon be introduced to the GLE. As well as more star logos in the lights and a myriad of tiny ones within the front grille. Which is now the usual gaudy Mercedes design. It seems Mercedes is not ready to come up with a new generation yet. Even if the current model was introduced back in 2018.

I guess these changes will be enough to keep the good old GLE going for another couple of years or so. Before a brand new one is unveiled. Something like the new GLC that will be available as a Hybrid as well as an EV…
