2010 Toyota 4 Runner

From what the spy shots look like, it should be an all new design. But who knows.
Plus, it’s not great timing for it. Toyota is scaling down expectations for this one.

4runner a once great name at the forefront, now a redundant dud of a truck that didn't keep up with the times in both style and size. toyoslide wanted to cancel this unit altogether, but that idea came too late and they had to go ahead, hence the scaling down of expectations.
i wonder if it will have the equivalent tech. to BMW's Vision Efficiency Dynamics? I know we have it.
the old ones were known to be a bit on the tippy side , hence the sun visor warnings to that effect. This one looks worse than usual or the photographer was drunk.
Folks who origionally bought 4-Runners can no longer afford them, and are setteling for CR-V & Tuson. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
Why did they even bother, really? Even the Ford Explorer is going to a unibody platform.

Ummm, all trucks are required to have that warning.

Who says they can't afford it???
I can easily afford one and I wouldn't get a 4Runner. Maybe people just don't want a body on frame old school truck with a old school 4WD system. They ride awful, and typically get poor gas mileage.
The times are a changin'.
This looks like the current one, except they took a pair of heavy duty scissors and cut off part of the bumper and grill, and put the last 4runner model's headlights back in place (no projectors).
Pathfinder by the Kings, Nissan, has always beat this out. Same thing in the Desert, where the Patrol eats up Landcruisers.

Are you freakin out of your head….get your facts strighten up.
learn to spell
folk who rode the yellow bus can't finance them anyway.
Bottom line here is the cold hard fact that Toyota models always remain basically the same when a remodeling comes around but the sticker price always skyrockets!
Ummm, that's not the RAV4. Think bigger.

Looks like they're taking several steps back with this one. This "new" design looks identical to the '97-'99 model.
