As I mentioned earlier, Mazda has denied many times working on a new-generation RX-7. Obviously, this hasn’t stopped illustrations from coming up with new ideas. As it is a very popular subject among car nerds. It seems there is nothing Mazda could say…
the illustrations above show a design that really has nothing to do with any current Mazda trends. the rear end tries to remind us of the last generation. And the whole thing does look like an EV. It also looks nothing like the stunning Iconic Concept. Which is what Mazda would use at least to start the design process.
There will be many more illustrations. And no spy shots, no new Mazda RX-7…At least it’s a good illustration subject.
