Toyota Crown Signia video.

Last Updated:

This is just a short video from Toyota showing their new Crown Signia Hybrid SUV.

The new model replaces the Venza, and is positioned above the RAV-4. It still has only 5 seats but is now larger than the Venza was. On its website, Toyota mentions: “Savor every mile in serene comfort when you choose the all-new 2025 Toyota Crown Signia for your next ride”. Which probably means it is targeted to an older audience than the RAV-4. Something a bit more sophisticated with a super smooth ride. At least that’s what they claim…

The new Crown Signia comes with AWD standard with a 243HP 2.5 Liter Hybrid powertrain with an expected 36MPG rating. No PHEV version is available. And no price info is available yet.

I saw the Crown Signia in person at the Los Angeles auto show and was pretty impressed. The interior is really nice, except for that gold/rose trim everywhere. But it still didn’t feel totally premium. Which I guess, it isn’t since it’s not sold by Lexus.

  1. I can’t believe that Toyota chose not to put 4-way lumbar in any of the trims. The Venza has this feature, so I don’t see why they couldn’t add it to the Signia, at least on the highest trim. I was really looking forward to the Signia and was planning on buying one, but I might have to settle for a 24 Venza instead.
