2025 Hyundai Ioniq 9.

This is yet another illustration of what the upcoming 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 9 could look like.
For many moons, we used to know it as the Ioniq 7. A short while ago, Hyundai decided they needed more room above the Ioniq 7 and the big EV SUV became the Ioniq 9. It changed its name before it even came out. Just like the 1st generation Ford Explorer which was supposed to be the 2nd generation Bronco 2. ( I Actually saw an Explorer prototype on the freeway with a “Bronco 2” logo).
The Ioniq 9 is obviously related to the Kia EV9. Like a better-looking cousin. The illustration above shows a few details inspired by the revised 2025 Ioniq 5 and the most recent spy shots. That front end starts looking quite busy. Which I think isn’t what we will end up with.
At least hopefully.
