These illustrations are trying to guess what Kia has been working on for the 2026 Kia Sportage.
When the current generation Sportage came out in 2021, the front end looked pretty controversial, weird, and unlike any other Kia model. After 3 years, Kia is in a hurry to make sure it looks a bit more like the Kia EV9. Like all other Kia models these days.
No matter what it ends up looking like, I really think it will look better than the illustrations above. That ghastly front end would be a major step back.
The current Kia Sportage has been getting mostly really good reviews and changes to its powertrains are not expected. Inside, it will probably be revised to fit the same screen everything from Kia or Hyundai is using these days. With a possible redesigned console, but that should be it.
