Future Chrysler video.

Let’s imagine a world with Chrysler.
A world where the brand still offers more than a sad old minivan. A world where names like “New Yorker”, “Imperial“, “Concorde” or “Cordoba” conjure visions of big American cars.
Big and chrome might not be the best way to revive Chrysler, but it couldn’t be worse than what we have now. After the death of the Chrysler 300, the only model they offer is the good old Pacifica minivan. It came out back in 2017 and still looks quite good for being so old.
Still, a brand that only offers a minivan at a time when people mostly buy SUVs is not the best way to stick around. Chrysler needs more models. Anything.
A new model is still due next year apparently. They showed us the great-looking Hacyion concept a while ago but I doubt this is a preview of an actual production sedan since the whole thing is just way too futuristic. Unlike the Dodge Charger EV, Jeep Recon and Wagoneer S concepts. Which ended up looking exactly like their production counterparts.
The new Chrysler will probably be an SUV, based on the upcoming Dodge Stealth EV SUV. Which is actually not a bad idea. An SUV has always been a good way to revive a brand these days. But how about some really nice sedans or a convertible or two…
Did you see that Stellantis has announced they’re searching for a new CEO? Although they said this kind of public announcement happens all the time… the fact is, it doesn’t. Get better soon, Chrysler.
And for the record… its always WITH the rich Corinthian leather.
What’s hilarious is that there never was such a thing as ‘Corinthian Leather.’ It was a total fabrication by the marketing guys. But it sure worked!
What a terrific video! And I absolutely love the Imperial! yes, it is a shame that Chrysler was left to die on the vine because of inept °Suits” that saw money instead of thr Marque itself!! I myself had owned several Cordobas and Imperials and would LOVE to see them again, ESPECIALLY the ones youve shown in your video! thanks for the video and the memories!
P.S. Dont even get me started on those DAMN SOULLESS SUV’s!
Chrysler doesn’t have the guts to build any of those new designs. I would buy a few of them too.
Chrysler needs to be American owned again.
Health issues? R.M.’s been dead for damn near 20 years now. He’s way beyond having any issues with his health!
I’ve owed Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth products from 1972-2019 my first used car at 19 was 1962 Plymouth Belvedere I named the silver ghost followed by 68 fury,71 /73 /85 new Yorkers, brand new 79 Plymouth Volare, 79,2000,03 B2500 Conv vans. All great cars. Considering now 300 or challenger as retirement toys
Oh Yeah! Let me get one of those Imperials. My Dad had one, big, roomy highway floater. One of the smoothest rides of my youth.
