I know it might be hard to believe, but it seems GMC has made the grille a bit smaller on the revised 2025 GMC Yukon.
However, it is still as ghastly and vulgar as ever. But maybe a small step in the right direction?
The interior is where most of the changes will be noticed, with an all-new dashboard. It seems the door panels are new as well. While the Yukon interior was already quite nice, this is another step up for GMC.
The 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe was also an improvement over an already nice interior. It’s really too bad about the 2025 Cadillac Escalade, which decided to dump its great interior for something with the ridiculous door-to-door screen setup.
Engines are still the good old 6.2 Liter V8 and the 3.0 Liter 6 cylinder Duramax diesel.
These trucks are GM’s biggest money makers and the recipe doesn’t really change from one generation to the next…
Ghastly? Well, they can’t let Ford have all the fun in the game of ‘mine’s bigger’.
They must be somewhat threatened by the competition as they didn’t used to do mid model refreshes on these. I guess since Ford is doing it now, they are pressured to finally refresh between generations.
