Tesla Cybertruck.

Last Updated:

Here are a few more official photos of the all-new Tesla Cybertruck.

As I mentioned earlier, prices are much higher than what was announced a few years ago, but they are still in line with its competition. Both ICE and EV full-size trucks are very expensive these days, and $ 60,000 to start, before incentives, is what most of these things cost.

It is still hard for me to know if I love or hate this. I guess it’ll be like some of my old friends or family members. Both will apply.

Some of these photos show the new Cybertruck as a camping truck, which is all fun and great, but somehow, the rear window doesn’t come down and the rear seat is fixed. Unlike the new Chevrolet Silverado EV, GMC Sierra EV, and even the Fisker Alaska. Which is a big plus for camping.

I have to say, that shot of the truck pulling a huge rocket engine is quite an amazing sight. And the stuff of science fiction. The last photo of the 2 trucks on a construction site somehow reminds me of some of the threat Syd Mad’s futuristic illustrations.

Love it or hate it, the Cybretruck is quite stunning looking in our mostly old-fashioned world.

  1. I don’t think it’s stunning looking, I think it’s ugly and boring. It has zero style or imagination. Hopefully it’s assembled better than their other vehicles.

  2. I think it looks great.
    Thinking outside the box.
Most trucks look alike, most if you take their logos off/pull the grills out, you couldn’t tell the difference unless your a hard-core car guy…

  3. I like that they are trying something new. I don’t think its the ideal layout for a work truck. Sure, it can tow a bunch but can you get plywood sheets in that small bed? As a non professional truck it makes a strong statement. Its a futuristic brutalist art piece and I appreciate it on that level.
