2024 Lincoln Nautilus Video.

Last Updated:

The Lincoln Nautilus SUV is all-new this year. Lincoln describes the exterior as “flowing and bold”, and the interior as” epic”.

While the exterior is far from bold, it is quite nice looking. The grille is larger than ever but that seems to be the trend these days. While the interior could actually be described as “epic”. Since it includes a “bold” (or crazy) super widescreen right at the base of the windshield in addition to a regular center screen on the console. Which, to me, sounds like a nightmare. As I just cannot imagine how such a setup could not be the ultimate distraction while driving, especially at night. Although the technology does put the new Lincoln apart and makes it stand out against all of its competitors in the US.

Such screens seem common in new Chinese cars and SUVs, but this is the first of its kind in the US. (The Cadillac Escalade IQ isn’t on sale yet)

The new Nautilus will be powered by a 2.0 Liter Turbo with 250HP with an 8-speed transmission. Or an optional 2.0 Liter Turbo Hybrid with 310 HP and a CVT.

Sales of the Nautilus went up a bit last year with 24,000 units sold. Which is not even comparable to the Lexus RX with over 114,000 units sold last year. Maybe that explains Ford’s decision to import the new Nautilus from China. (something your friendly Lincoln dealer would probably never tell you about). Just like Buick does with the Envision. And Cadillac could soon do the same with the next-generation Cadillac XT5.

I hope you enjoy this short video of the new 2024 Nautilus and Captain Nemo.

  1. Exterior design is handsome! But agree on Lincoln going overboard with the screens. Too dangerous and distracting. Wish Ford would bring the Chinese Ford Edge over as a replacement (it has a more reasonable screen layout).

  2. Lincoln achieved interior PERFECTION with the Navigator. I’m sure this terrible screen -filled mess will work its way throughout the entire fleet and into the new Navigator. Shame

  3. I love it. I would totally purchase it, or lease. I love the Aviator too. The new Honda Accord stole the Aviator’s back end and the 2017 Ford Taurus front end.
