2025 Kia Telluride.

Only a little bit of rumors and info have surfaced about the next-generation Kia Telluride.

It is rumored to be introduced at the end of this year, after the new 2025 Hyundai Palisade. While we’ve seen about 8 million spy shots of the new Palisade, I haven’t seen any photos of the new Telluride yet. Which means it could come later next year instead.

What we know for sure is that it will be an all-new design, inside and out, just like the 2025 Hyundai Palisade. And just like its Hyundai cousin, the 2025 Telluride is expected to offer a smalller Turbo V6 engine, as well as an all-new 4-cylinder Hybrid powertrain as an option.

Kia has already mentioned the next Telluride will be offered as either a regular hybrid or a PHEV, but not both. Since the next Palisade is expected to offer a regular Hybrid option with a 2.5 Liter engine, I guess a PHEV model is off the table.

So far, the Mazda CX-90 is the only 3-row SUV offered with a PHEV powertrain in the US. I guess the next Telluride won’t be a direct competitor, it will just try to squeeze a bit more miles out of your expensive gallon of gas.
