2026 Dodge Charger Sixpack.

Dodge has just announced pricing for their upcoming “Sixpack” version of the Dodge Charger. Which is powered by a 3.0 Inline 6-cylinder Turbo. Which, no matter what, might not be enough for the die-hard muscle car fans who still want a V8. Even if the 6-cylinder and EV have more power…

While the R/T trim is not available with the EV powertrain anymore, it makes a comeback as the base trim for the ICE model with 420HP. Starting at $52,000. (The discontinued R/T EV started at $61,500, with 496HP.)

Next up, you have the Scat Pack with 550Hp for $57,000. And finally, the Scat Pack EV for $62,000.

It seems Dodge has decided to keep the EV trim as a top-of-the-line model only. For basically the same price as last year’s less powerful Charger R/T model. Which could be a wise move. I, with Stellantis, made even more affordable versions of that gorgeous design. (just look at that green car…) With a RWD model, maybe. And a less powerful engine like the 3.6-liter V6. And how about a few more interior colors? Or an EV with around 300HP and RWD. This is a car that really deserves to be more popular than it is. RWD and much less power could maybe shave $10,000 of the base price, who knows. The base price of the previous generation Charger sedan with a V6 was around $37,000.

The sedan body type is available in all trims for an additional $2000.

  1. Love this new model. But the pricing is extreme, so count me out. (But I could go for a 300 hp version at around $40k).
