Chevrolet Malibu RS test drive
The current generation Malibu is now about 4 years old already. And it still is a very good looking sedan. A huge improvement over the previous generation… The “sporty” RS package ads great looking 18-inch wheels. A rather well integrated rear spoiler. And a blacked out grille. The whole thing looks quite nice and rather… Continue reading Chevrolet Malibu RS test drive

Honda Civic Coupe test drive.
After almost 4 years, the current Civic is still one of the best looking compact cars around. And it is really good to see that Honda has not abandoned the 2 door coupe version. For 2019, Honda has redesigned the front and rear bumpers, mostly. Things are cleaner and simpler than before, which is good. My loaded… Continue reading Honda Civic Coupe test drive.

Honda Civic Coupe Drive video.
Here is a short video I made of the Honda Civic Coupe I was driving for a week. This is shot from Paramount ranch to Neptune’s Net on PCH. (2 of my favorite places…) I will post my review soon.

Honda Civic Coupe test drive coming up…
For the next few days, I will be driving a Honda Civic Coupe. I have never driven the current generation Civic. So this is new for me. And I was really curious, as they seem to be everywhere around here. It is a very popular car for Honda. With over 325 000 of them sold… Continue reading Honda Civic Coupe test drive coming up…

Hyundai Kona EV test drive
As you can see, the electric version of the Hyundai Kona looks pretty much the same as the gas model. Except of course, for the front end. Which doesn’t have a proper grille. I actually like the look of the EV much better. Since I am never a fan of big chrome grilles. Especially in small cars.… Continue reading Hyundai Kona EV test drive

Hyundai Kona EV test drive coming up…
Just got this. Have not had time to drive it yet. But so far, I do like the EV’s front end much better than the regular Kona. No more “big grille on a small car” syndrome. And the interior has a much nicer/upscale console and screen. Which is great. As usual, please ask me any… Continue reading Hyundai Kona EV test drive coming up…

Hyundai Kona test drive
The Hyundai Kona is a very nice looking small crossover. The only thing I am not crazy about would be the big grille (but I never like them), or the busy rear bumper black plastic part that includes the lights. (These lights could have been included in the ones right above…) Otherwise, it has a… Continue reading Hyundai Kona test drive

Hyundai Kona test drive coming up…
I just got a new Hyundai Kona for a week. As usual, I will report on it soon. Until then you can ask me anything you’d like about it. So far, the 1.6 Liter is pretty punchy. On top of being very refined, smooth and quiet. The interior is fine and roomy (Although not as… Continue reading Hyundai Kona test drive coming up…

Cadillac CTS-V test drive.
It is actually pretty hard to take pictures of the Cadillac CTS-V. Sure, it does look good. But it is almost impossible to capture how strong its visual personality is. In all the years I have test driven cars, I have never had such strong reactions from strangers. People giving me the thumbs up. Driving… Continue reading Cadillac CTS-V test drive.

Cadillac CTS-V video
Just a few shots of the amazing Cadillac CTS-V I have been driving for a few days. I will be posting a review soon.

Honda Accord Hybrid test drive
After test driving the 2.0 Liter version of the Honda Accord, I was quite curious about the Hybrid version. Honda claims an amazing 48MPG, no matter what. Both city and highway. Which is quite intriguing for such a large and roomy car. As expected, the Hybrid version looks as good as all the other Accords. Of course,… Continue reading Honda Accord Hybrid test drive

Cadillac CT6 3.0 V6 Test Drive
I think the Cadillac CT6 sedan is one of the best-looking luxury cars out there. Especially the 2019 model, with its revised front and rear ends. The designers did a great job with the small changes they were able to do. It has great presence, without being flashy. The version I was driving for a week… Continue reading Cadillac CT6 3.0 V6 Test Drive

Honda HR-V Test Drive
After driving the Mazda CX-3, I was really interested in comparing it to the Honda HR-V. The HR-V is a much more popular choice since they sold over 85 000 of them last year. Vs about 17 000 units if the CX-3. I always thought the HR-V looked really good, and it still does. It… Continue reading Honda HR-V Test Drive

Honda HR-V test drive coming up
I just got a Honda HR-V to drive for this week. And of course, I will be comparing it to the Mazda CX-3 I just drove a few days ago. The one I am driving is a loaded Touring model. And I will as usual try to answer any questions you might have about the… Continue reading Honda HR-V test drive coming up

Mazda CX-3 test drive
While it already came out about 4 years ago, the Mazda CX-3 still looks great. Truly one of the very best looking small crossovers around. it is an interesting design with really nce proportions. And nothing seems overdone. Same thing inside. The dashboard is still very original. Although it is basically the same as the… Continue reading Mazda CX-3 test drive

Mazda CX-3 test drive coming up…
Just got this really cute Mazda CX-3 for a week, And as usual, will report on it soon. It is a loaded Grand Touring model with Premium package. Just drove it around town for a few miles. Chevrolet Camaro 2.0 Liter Track package test drive.
I have always been a fan of the current Camaro design. Sure, it does have some drawbacks in daily driving, like a major lack of visibility (more on that later), But it does look good. I am not a fan of black wheels, spoilers etc.. But this track model I drove for a week actually looked… Continue reading Chevrolet Camaro 2.0 Liter Track package test drive.

Buick Regal GS test drive
I always thought the current Buick Regal, and its European twin the Opel Insignia, were very good looking cars. The sportier GS version of the Buick adds very subtle sporty touches. Like a very small rear spoiler, and body-colored side skirts. On top of gorgeous wheels. The front end is also slightly more aggressive looking. but everything… Continue reading Buick Regal GS test drive

Buick Regal GS test drive coming up…
I will be driving a new Buick Regal GS this week. And since the weather seems to be decent today, (more rain this weekend) I am taking it to the beach. Where I could take some cool 60’s looking “car on the sand” pictures… So far, this seems really nice. I did drive the regular… Continue reading Buick Regal GS test drive coming up…
