Or at least a toy version. Which gives us quite a good idea of what the real thing will look like. This is supposed to replace the Freelander/LR2 model.
2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport

Or at least a toy version. Which gives us quite a good idea of what the real thing will look like. This is supposed to replace the Freelander/LR2 model.
This one is not coming over here. It’s not even coming to Europe! This new Crossover from Citroen is, so far, for China only. It is about 3 inches shorter than an Audi Q5 and is powered by 1.6 Liter engines ranging from 163HP to 200HP. A 1.8 Liter Diesel with 140HP is also available.… Continue reading Citroen DS 6WR
This is it. The all new compact sedan from Jaguar. This picture was taken from the video posted above. Basically what you would see on the screen of your dashboard when you start the car. So far it looks fine. The video also shows bits of the interior. (In a weird Tron-like computer animation.) That’s… Continue reading All new Jaguar XE
There is a rumor about “Mirai” being the actual name for the upcoming Hydrogen Toyota car. Why not… As you can see from the top pic, the real thing looks exactly the same as the one we saw just a few months ago (blue car) Not sure about pricing yet. But over 400 miles range… Continue reading Toyota FCV/Mirai
This new model will replace the LR2 in the US. So it’s not big. So far they are only showing us the interior. Looking modern. (I guess this video wants to make us feel like an astronaut…) Range Rovers have been really good looking in the past years. This is promising…
From what we saw earlier, the new Envision seems pretty conservative and quite generic outside. At least on these pictures, the interior seems a bit more original. These are actually pretty bad photos, so it is hard to say. (Also that red/black combo isn’t for everyone) It could be a case of “trying too hard”.… Continue reading Buick Envision Interior
The coupe version of the Elantra will not return for 2015. Due to poor sales. Of course! A coupe should be more than a 2 door sedan. It should have more style and look better than the sedan version. Or at least, be different. Honda seems to be doing it right. Both the Civic coupe… Continue reading R.I.P: Hyundai Elantra Coupe
There is a new Miata coming. In just a few days now. And this is the 1st teaser for it. Which looks like.. A Miata. Expect the new model to be lighter and especially, more efficient with SkyActiv technology. Here are pictures of the real thing, in the streets. Still camouflaged, and we can’t see… Continue reading 2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata
Nothing except these 3 pictures yet. It does look a bit larger. And more upscale. The Sorento has been a big hit for Kia, with over 105 000 sold last year. If they can keep prices at similar levels, this could even be more popular.
The Sentra is one of these cars you really don’t notice around. Actually, just like most compact sedans, Like the Civic, Corolla etc… So I must admit, I wasn’t too exited to be getting one for a whole week. It looks fine. Nothing original or ugly either. Pretty much like a smaller Altima. Same thing… Continue reading Nissan Sentra Test Drive
The all new 2016 Volt will be presented at the upcoming 2015 Detroit Auto Show in January. Sooner than I thought, actually. (Since the new Cruze was pushed back a year, I thought this one was too.) Looks a bit rounder from this angle. I do like the Volt. It is quite a fun sporty… Continue reading 2016 Chevrolet Volt
This looks to me like a “lazy” illustration. I really hope the new smaller tesla will look a bit more different than the Model S. It is still at least 2 years away. And we really don’t know much about it. 200 miles range, $35 000 base price and about 20% smaller than the Model… Continue reading Tesla Model 3
This is, of course, just a teaser image from Kia. But it does look really good. And pretty original for once. Trying to be a bit different. The Sorento has been a big hit for Kia so far. It won’t take much to keep it going strong. Glad ( I mean blad) to see they… Continue reading 2016 Kia Sorento
I actually took this a few years ago. With my “old” phone… This was in Burbank. And I wonder if it’s still there.
At Gyor, Hungary. Where they already build the A3 sedan and Convertible. So it’s coming soon… For the 1st time, i noticed how much more modern the “squared off” design looks. It gives Audi a bit more personality. (Good thing since this is pretty much the same front end we will see in all of… Continue reading 3rd Generation Audi TT starts production
This is an official teaser from Opel for the upcoming Moscow Auto Show. Doesn’t look like a production car. Or maybe it is? But the next new Opel will be the Astra, which is a hatchback. My bet is a concept version of the next Insignia (Our Buick Regal) No matter what, we will find… Continue reading New Opel Concept coming up.
The i20 basically competes with cars like the Ford Fiesta, VW Polo etc… In Europe and other countries. Here in the US, we get the Accent. A cheap looking small sedan that competes mostly with the Nissan Versa. I guess this could go against the Nissan Versa Note. Since Hyundai is already selling us the… Continue reading 2015 Hyundai i20
This is actually the first official picture of the all new Jaguar XE sedan. Which will compete directly with the BMW 3 series, Mercedes C-Class, Audi A4 and Kia Rio. It is RWD and will be powered by an all new 2.0 Liter Turbo as well as a 3.0 Liter V6. No matter what the… Continue reading Jaguar XE
Not sure if this is real or not. But the Bravo compact is due for a redesign soon. And, even though “Fiat is back” in the US. We probably will never get the Bravo. (Since Fiat seems to thing we only deserve models that have the name 500 in them.) Unless they add round headlights… Continue reading 2015/16 Fiat Bravo
It will start at $38 400 for the base C300. But like the GLA, this “base” model is only available early next year. If you want a new C-Class right now (August 25th), you’ll have to spend $40 400 for the C300 4MATIC. Or $48 590 for the V6 C400 4MATIC. Just like with BMW,… Continue reading 2015 Mercedes C-Class prices.
