2025 Kia EV6

It seems Kia cannot stop coming up with new models. After the EV9 and EV5, we’ve just seen prototype versions of the EV4 and EV3. It looks like they are now getting ready for some changes to the Kia EV6.
Its close cousin, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 is getting a few changes (let’s hope not too much) for the 2025 model year. This means the Kia EV6 could get some revisions a few months later.
From the photo above it seems Kia is on a roll to adopt vertical headlights on all their current models, just like they’re doing with the Carnival Minivan and the Sorento. And I must say, the changes are a big improvement on the 2024 Sorento.
I am a big fan of the Kia EV6 and think it is quite an impressive-looking car. But at the same time, I always thought the front end looked a bit out of place with the rest of the design. Maybe a more vertical shape would work better? We will probably find out sometime next year.
Let’s hope they keep the futuristic back end unmolested. I see a lot of camouflage back there, which could potentially hide bad things…
