2011 Mazda6
Whatever…. Mazda keeps revising all its model’s front ends to match the Mazda3, and most of the time, it just doesn’t fit. The Mazda6 is one of the best looking sedan sold in the US, and it doesn’t need anything. This doesn’t really ruin it, but it’s no improvement either. I guess the next one… Continue reading 2011 Mazda6

Toyota Mark X “M Supercharger”
Or when Toyota designs a good looking sedan. And doesn’t sell it in the US. It manages to get 360hp out of the 3.5 Liter V6.

What do you drive?
Simple question. I’ve asked it before, but it was a while ago. Maybe some people got a new car over the last year. I’m just curious.

VW CC now with 5 seat
As you can see, it wasn’t that hard for VW to add another seat in the back of the CC. (New one on top) It is now an option in Europe. Not sure if it will make it over here or not. Or it might just be standard in the US, who knows… I think… Continue reading VW CC now with 5 seat

R.I.P: Lexus SC.
After almost 10 years, the Lexus SC will go out of production in July. To celebrate this long life, they are releasing, at least in Japan, a cheesy limited edition (aren’t they all, really…) called the “Eternal Jewel”. How obnoxious… I actually always liked the SC. Current and previous generation. They still look really good… Continue reading R.I.P: Lexus SC.

All new Fiat Uno
Fiat stopped selling the Uno in Europe back in 1995. But it has had a pretty good career in South America since. A new one is finally on the way. And Fiat being Chrysler now, there might be a chance we get to see this one over here too. Jeep is looking for something small….

2012 Chevrolet Malibu?
Not sure exactly. It could be the new Malibu, but a bunch of other things too. Like: -The next Camry? That may be a bit early, plus we never see Toyota prototypes aound -The new VW US midsized sedan? Maybe. What do you think?

2011 Buick Regal prices
The all new 2011 Buick Regal will start at $27 000. Exactly the same price GM announced earlier for the 2.4 Liter Lacrosse CX. Same engine but a larger car. Although the $27 000 Regal is a mid level CXL. A cheaper CX will be available later. I really liked the Regal when I sat… Continue reading 2011 Buick Regal prices

Kia Ray Concept
This is supposed to give us an idea of some upcoming Plug-in Hybrid car from Kia. Sure… Styled in the US it will be shown at the Chicago auto show next month. We’ll see in the coming years if anything close to it makes it into production.

Mini Countryman back seat
Still only seats 4. At least from this picture legroom seems fine. but they maight have been using the old “let’s push the front seats all the way forward” trick….

All new Mazda5
That’s a surprise. I didn’t expect a new Mazda5. I guess it follows the exact same formula as the previous one. Adding some design touches from the Nagre concept. Which actually doesn’t look too bad to me. At least they are trying something new. I’m sure most people wont like it. Most people scream about… Continue reading All new Mazda5

More Mini Countryman pictures
Looks much better in these colors, at least to me. We haven’t seen any pictures of the back seat yet, so it’s probably not that roomy… No matter what, I predict this will be everywhere very soon. Especially where I live. A fashion statement with 5 doors. Engines are the usual 2011 Mini offerings with… Continue reading More Mini Countryman pictures

“How did that happen???”. Featuring the new Chevrolet Orlando
I mean really. How did Chevrolet left a prototype of the upcoming Orlando alone with the doors open, somewhere in the European countryside. And look how happy the lucky photographer is.

2011 Mini Countryman
Here it is. Finally. The 1st official pictures of the long awaited “Mini SUV”. For my taste, I hate the black wheels. So I can’t really comment on the look of the car yet. But the idea of a Mini SUV is shocking to a lot of people I’ve been talking to. We’ll see how… Continue reading 2011 Mini Countryman

Electric Chevrolet Cruze coming up???
Looks like GM is moving along with an all electric version of the “soon to be released in the US” Cruze. Bob Lutz said a while ago that an all Electric Volt was in the cards. So maybe this is just a mule for that car. An all electric Volt is expected to get about… Continue reading Electric Chevrolet Cruze coming up???
