• 2014 4 Series Convertible

Looking 100% of what we expected. And, in my opinion, not really better than the outgoing 3 series convertible. Which is still a really good looking car. Most people won’t be able to tell the difference. The new convertible will start at $48 750. Or about $4000 more than the 3 series convertible. Which, to… Continue reading 2014 4 Series Convertible

  • 2015/16 Toyota FCV

This is the production version of the FCV, Toyota’s 1st hydrogen powered car. I cannot comment on the car obviously. I am sure it drives fine and is quite a marvel of futuristic technology. But that shape… Really. It doesn’t appear more modern than a Corolla. They showed us a concept a while ago that… Continue reading 2015/16 Toyota FCV

  • 2015 Cadillac Escalade

Just a few more pictures of the giant SUV. Next to some humans, and in the street. It does have the look of guilty pleasure I guess. Like a giant hamburger….

  • Porsche Macan

The top image is the 1st official picture of the all new Porsche SUV. Looking pretty slick. And probably better than the Cayenne. The Audi Q5 based Porsche will be offered, at 1st, with a choice of 2 Turbo V6 engines. The Makan S should start at around $52 000. But a cheaper 4 cylinder… Continue reading Porsche Macan

  • 2014/15 Lexus NX?

This was sent to me. Supposed to be the production version of the horrific NX Concept car they showed a few weeks ago. Lexus has been testing a compact SUV for a while now. It is supposed to come out in August 2014 and could be using Toyota’s all new 2.0 Liter Turbo. If this… Continue reading 2014/15 Lexus NX?

  • BMW 4 series Convertible

This picture is from an accessory brochure, which explains the bike in the back of the car. As you can see, there is zero surprise in the design. A regular 4 series with no top. That formula has been working for decades, so I guess, why change anything.

  • 2015 Cadillac Escalade

Just like everyone thought . This is basically the GMC version with a Cadillac grille and dashboard. For about $15 000 more.

  • 2014 Lexus CT200h

What we expected. the new Lexus grille. I had published a picture of this months ago, so we’ve seen it before. Not sure what else is new. The car in the picture has a black top that could mean a new panoramic roof option (?). New wheels. What it needs is even better gas mileage.… Continue reading 2014 Lexus CT200h

  • 2015 Mazda2

Not sure if this is the real thing or not, as it was just sent to me. But it looks pretty realistic, and in line with recent Mazda designs. I’ve heard rumors a while ago that Mazda might not offer the next generation in the US. That would really be too bad, as the current… Continue reading 2015 Mazda2

  • 2014/15 Lexus GS-F

I guess Lexus feels it has to compete with the M5 and the AMG E-Class. For some reason. The GS being one of the most boring designs out there, it looks like Lexus, once again, as turned the boring sedan into a visual nightmare of skirts, wings, holes, too many lines everywhere etc… it looks… Continue reading 2014/15 Lexus GS-F

  • Baby Bentley coming up?

Apparently, bentley is interested in a smaller and cheaper sedan. Well, not “cheap” really. But around $100 000. Which would compete with the S Class and 7 series. It would use the same platform as the next generation Porsche Panamera. Let’s just hope it looks better than the new Flying Spur and more like the… Continue reading Baby Bentley coming up?

  • 2015 Cadillac Escalade

Sure, they put a Cadillac dashboard in there. Just like last time. And just like the last time, the rest is pretty much the same as the tahoe. Including the armrest and the 70’s column shifter. This thing is not a Cadillac, it is just a cash cow for GM. A way to charge a… Continue reading 2015 Cadillac Escalade
