A concept from the SEMA show. But it looks like this could become a production model tomorrow.That would actually make sense to offer a Diesel Suburban. It also looks like they used the front end and fenders from the pick up trucks. I wonder if that’s what’s in store for the Suburban…

There wil be a production version of the SS Turbo for the Cobalt.I am not sure if this is it, or some SEMA concept version.(It does look production ready) What the Coblat needs right now is not a Turbo, but an all new interior.

Just a modified version of the current model. Not an all new one. Which means, the “all new one” is at least 2 years away.That will leave Mitsubishi far behind Honda, Toyota, Nissan and Mazda.And the recent concept they’ve shown us doesn’t even look great now… Who is running this company???

Looks like it has the same cool steering wheel system I experienced in the C4.This car looks great. I hope it’s a big hit for them. Too bad for us, it would have been a great car for a Citroen “return to the US”…

By the magazine Top gear. They do look more realistic to me than the previous ones. But the A pillar seems to be really straight. And the whole car seems shorter than what we’ve seen from the spy shots. We’ll see….

Take away all the SEMA crap and wht we have here is the new 5 door Touring version of the Elantra for the US. And it is pretty much the same car as the i30 Wagon sold overseas. (Bottom picture)Nothing new or specific to the US market.It does look good.

Honda claims officially the CR-Z concept will indeed become the next CR-X.And there will be a hybrid version as well as a “regular” one. We’ll have to wait untill 2009 to see what the watered down production version will look like…

The redesigned Smart (the one we’re getting next year) just got a 4 star rating in the latest Euro NCAP test.Great result. I am sure they’ll be using that in the US launch. Most people here are still afraid to be driving such a small car on our freeways.

I might be wrong, but this looks like the Chinese version of our “regular” Lancer.With a much more conservative front end and a cheesier interior.
